Welcome To My World.

Fun fact: I’m a goof-ball. Jokes roll out of me like water. I have a reputation for well-timed sarcasm and wit and I love to make people in a room crack an unexpected smile. At the same time, I cry at sentimental commercials and storylines and often fast-forward through movie scenes that are embarrassing for the main characters because I can’t handle the second hand embarrassment.

While that is true, in professional settings in the past, I wasn’t always afforded an opportunity to be my full self. A few years ago, a company I worked for hired a career coach who did a 360 degree assessment on me and from that I learned that my colleagues never really knew who I was and that made me really, really sad. This site was created to change some of that.

Throughout the years, I’ve let the real version of who I am slip out of the cracks every now and then, but now, I want to be able to be acknowledged for the human side of who I am and who I always have been- a soft-centered ball of hope and optimism. A girly girl. A cheerleader, motivator and believer in anything being possible (with a high degree of skepticism of course. I know- it’s complicated).
